Boys will be boys

I really haven't blogged about Little Jeremy's kindergarten experience, it has been rough at times but since Christmas break everything has been running smoothly except for a thing or two here and there.

Right after Christmas break his teacher calls my husband at work and says "Guess what Jeremy said in class today" and my husband at this point thinks she is going to say something really awful, so he asked what he said and she said Little Jeremy said during class "Fart Fart Fart I smell like Fart!"

Now I know it's gross, and I HATE that word, but why does she call my husband at work for that?

Then today she writes me this......


Subject: Monday, Jan. 26

Jeremy had a good morning. We had one episode in which he referred to someone expelling gas (although it did not happen) Jeremy really thinks his reacting this way is funny, rather than something not appropriate.



Really is this a BIG deal, I don't think it is. Little Jeremy is a clown and he thinks passing gas is funny, he is a boy. I was starting to feel like she has somewhat singled him out, and after going to a birthday party for one of his classmates I have realized that she does this alot with the other children. One of the parents said she needs to be a 5th grade teacher because she is too strict to be in kindergarten.

I am learning alot through this school expereince and one thing that I have learned is that my other children will not have her.
