WOW, It's been one busy week but I have survived. Cole went for his check up last week and he weighs 18 pounds, and he is 25 inches long, not bad to be only 4 months old. I am going to find another doctor for him, we had a slight disagreement at his appointment about his vaccinations, I vaccinated my oldest son but when he got his 6 month shots he ran a temperature of 103 for 3 days, I felt like that wasn't a normal reaction, I started to do some research and I made the decision to never vaccinate again. So when I took Cole to the doctor we had a HEATED conversation about shots, he admitted that some of the things we vaccinate for are unnecessary but wouldn't budge on some other things, that's fine that's his opion but don't pressure me into doing something I don't want to do. When my children grow up and turn 18 they can get them then, but I am not going to do that to them. Needless to say I told the doc that we would never be back.
Cole had a big day on 11/26 he ROLLED OVER!!! I was so happy, he was in shock I think, his eyes were as big as quarters, and then cracked this huge smile, and then I cried. When Little Jeremy was baby I wanted him to do all these things and I looked forward to it, but now with Cole I don't want him to do any of it, its just a sign that he is getting bigger and in all honesty he will be my last so I want him to take his time doing everything.
Our Thanksgiving went great, we had way too much food but we had a great time. I remember last Thanksgiving we told everyone we were pregnant. Its amazing how in one year so much happens. I am so thankful for all my blessings. 2008 has been a great year I can't wait to see how 2009 is going to be.

I can't believe Coles as old as he is! It seems just like yesterday when you told me you were preg. I guess time flies!!! I can just hear you now talkin to that doc. lol Ur so funny. I won't vaccinate my kids either so good for you for standing up to him!
WOW I thought that was the doc that didn't push for vaccination? I guess those don't exist, lol But I am with you 100% I am 26 years old and smart and healthy (hehe) then look at Michael....lol Ok that was funny but he was vaccinated and I wasn't....proof right there! I love you and Happy Birthday!
I am with you on the vaccines. A girl that works with my mom, her little girl died from Mercury poisoning from her 12 month shots. ICE - the grinch- is so much fun! The boys would love it and I think Jessie is still free. I bought a snow suit so if you do end up going and need it I am sure Cole could wear it. Just let me know! Glad you guys had a good Thanksgiving. Now the gear up for Christmas has begun!
